Expert osteopathic care specialising in temporomandibular joint dysfunction, sports injuries, women's health, spinal conditions and general osteopathy. Over 25 years of trusted clinical experience.
Osteopathy is a medical discipline that involves the diagnosis and treatment of an array of musculoskeletal conditions. Osteopaths use a range of manual techniques to treat various musculoskeletal conditions affected by injury or joint pathology.
Treatment works to decrease pain and restore movement and function of the affected area, improving the general biomechanics of the body to prevent the reoccurrence of injury. Treatment incorporates soft tissue techniques, joint mobilisation, manipulation and stretching techniques.
Osteopaths treat spinal and peripheral joint conditions such as the shoulder, knee and hip. They also prescribe exercise for strengthening and mobilisation of the joints to ensure optimal recovery and prevention of further injury.
